Patch 5.5.1.2

The 5.5.1.2 update introduces key improvements to how Kaiya handles query learnings, clarifications, and feedback. Users can now save intent directly from thumbs-up feedback, reset context during clarifications, and avoid repeated follow-up questions. 1. Under Kaiya → Manage Learnings, Phrase Learnings now allow only Intent or Mapping (not both), aligning with Kaiya’s learning best practices.

2. In Kaiya, fixed an issue where tooltips for internal error messages were missing after a page reload.

3. Enhanced embedded Vizpads to support global and tab-specific filters, along with row-level data policies, enabling secure, access-based viewing of pre-filtered dashboards.

10. In Kaiya Manage Learnings, fixed the issue with the display of Learning dropdown for query learnings, auto-scrolling to new messages, and disabling feedback options on context reset messages.

11. In Kaiya, Business View is now optional when generating intents for Query Learnings.

12. During Feed creation, resolved a scrolling glitch while selecting dimension filters.

13. Improved how Kaiya handles system configurations during query execution to reduce overhead and boost responsiveness.

14. In Vizpads, fixed an issue in trend, combo bar/line charts where bar and line measures were using a shared axis range, causing scale distortion.

16. In Feed and Insight creation, fixed an issue where aggregation options for measures were not editable during column selection in Include/Exclude sections.

17. Improved how Kaiya handles top/bottom queries by preventing duplicate clarification prompts when interpreting filters.

18. During Insight creation, fixed an issue where already excluded columns were still shown in the list of available columns.

19. Fixed an issue where changes made in language selection under Settings → My Profile affected multiple users.

20. Fixed an issue in the deduplication flow where time filters were not correctly applied at the measure level.

21. Under Data → Prepare → Metadata, fixed an issue where map latitude/longitude geo columns could not be reset to N/A in the Special Type column.

22. Fixed an issue where row-level calculated columns marked as measures were not deduplicated correctly in the deduplication flow.

23. Enhanced Kaiya's handling of top/bottom queries by adding clarification questions when intent is ambiguous.
