Schedule Connector Refresh

Refreshing the configured connector is the process by which you can refresh the datasource.

You can either refresh the datasource immediately or create a schedule to refresh the datasource one time or at a regular interval.

  1. In the left navigation bar, click the Data icon.
  2. Click the Connect tab.
  3. In the list of configured datasource, click the Options icon for datasource that you want to refresh.
    The Refresh Datasource dialog box appears.
  4. In the left pane, either select All Datasets or select the specific dataset that you want to refresh.
  5. Select any one of the following options to refresh the datasource.
    1. Immediate Refresh
      Refresh the datasets on the spot as an when needed.
      1. Click the Immediate tab and click then click the Run button.
    2. Periodic Refresh
      Refresh datasets periodically starting from a specific date and time.
      1. Click the Frequency drop-down list and select the periodic refreshing interval.
      2. Accordingly to the frequency, select the start date and start time for refreshing the datasource.
      3. Select your time zone for the selected date and time.
      4. Click the Save button.
    3. One Time Refresh
      Refresh only once on a specific date and time.
      1. Select the start date and start time for refreshing the datasource one time.
      2. Select your time zone for the selected date and time.
      3. Click the Save button.
