Usage

Under Settings → Advanced Settings → Usage, admins can control two key support and monitoring features.

Usage Settings

Live Chat Support: Enables the in-app live chat feature, allowing users to contact Tellius Support directly. If enabled, users will see the chat icon (usually in the bottom-right corner) and can reach out for real-time help.

Usage Tracking: Tracks user behavior and interactions for analytics and support purposes. If enabled, Tellius collects usage data to help improve performance, diagnose issues, and guide future product improvements.

All collected data respects Tellius and your organization's privacy settings.
