Kaiya mode in Search

Ramya Priya Updated by Ramya Priya

Tellius Search is now supercharged with Kaiya. The enhanced search function is designed to interpret a broad range of linguistic expressions. It can automatically map natural language terms to the specific data you're searching for.

  1. When you open Tellius Search, you have the option to choose between two modes for your query:
  • Default: This is the standard mode using Tellius's natural language parsing algorithm. It works by breaking down your natural language query into tokens to understand and execute.
  • Kaiya: A more advanced option where Tellius's parsing algorithm is augmented with GenAI's capabilities. This mode interprets queries faster and with higher accuracy, even when using varied linguistic styles.
  1. Similar to the Default mode, in Kaiya mode, you can type your question in the natural language.
  2. However, in Kaiya mode, there's no need to adhere to a specific template for your queries. Kaiya can identify acronyms and synonyms, easily adapting to your linguistic preferences.
  3. Even if you haven't explicitly predefined "delivery charges" as a synonym for "Shipping Cost" in the metadata of your dataset, the Kaiya mode is smart enough to recognize similar words.
  4. Instead of typing "median Shipping_Cost by Market," you can ask, "Show me median delivery charges by market."
  1. After entering your query, Tellius Search will display results swiftly. It is recommended to review the results to confirm accuracy and relevancy.
