1. How does giving a thumbs up or thumbs down help Kaiya improve?
When you interact with Kaiya's responses using the thumbs up or thumbs down icons, you're directly helping it learn and improve. Clicking thumbs up tells Kaiya that it provided a satisfactory answer, reinforcing its understanding of your preferences. If you select Thumbs down -> Fix it, you can provide corrections or alternate mappings. Kaiya remembers these adjustments and applies them to similar queries in the future. Selecting Thumbs down -> Give feedback sends your input to our team, which we use to enhance Kaiya's mappings and result displays. Your feedback plays a crucial role in making Kaiya smarter and more personalized to your needs.
2. How does Kaiya learn and evolve as I use it?
Kaiya is designed to adapt to your unique usage patterns and preferences. As you interact with it—through the queries you make, the feedback you provide, and the adjustments you request—Kaiya observes and learns from these interactions. Over time, it becomes more attuned to your specific business needs, offering more personalized and relevant responses. Think of Kaiya as a dynamic assistant that grows with you, continuously evolving to better support your data exploration journey.
3. What happens if I enter a query without selecting a Business View first?
We know—it can be easy to forget to select the right Business View (BV) before diving into your query. Right now, if you type a query without choosing a BV, Kaiya will gently remind you to pick one first. But here's some exciting news: we're working on bringing SmartSelect to Kaiya! Soon, Kaiya will automatically select the most relevant BV based on your query and keywords. That means you can just start typing naturally, without worrying about pre-selecting a BV.
4. How flexible is Kaiya when exploring data?
Incredibly flexible! While Kaiya works within the data you've uploaded, there's a whole world of possibilities. You can:
Summarize results to get a quick overview.
Customize summaries to highlight what's important to you.
Modify previous queries on the fly—no need to start from scratch.
Dive deeper into specific data points for detailed insights.
Apply filters to narrow down results.
And much more! The possibilities are vast, and the more you use Kaiya, the more capabilities you'll discover. Just a heads-up: Kaiya cannot predict the weather, give you a recipe, or do anything outside of your analytical needs!
5. Can I ask Kaiya "why" and "how" questions?
Yes, you will soon be able to ask Kaiya "why" and "how" questions to gain deeper insights. We're in the process of rolling out this feature where you can uncover hidden patterns and get detailed explanations behind your data.
6. Is there a way to view the available columns in the Business View as I type my query?
Absolutely! We've got you covered! After selecting a Business View, just click on the Business View icon in the top right corner.
